Automata

Automata is a tool for connecting your messaging apps to your CRM or automation tools like Zapier/Make.

Automata consists of 2 tools, both of which are necessary to work:

1. Automata Web - Your CRM/Zapier/Make will connect to Automata Web through the API that is provided after you log in. Automata Web will manage the queue of outgoing messages that it receives through the API.
2. Automata Desktop - This desktop app connects to your messaging apps and sends messages from your queue. Your private messages will not be shared with Automata Web.
